The 10 Million downloads app offers pretty much what you’ll need. With Period Tracker you can take daily notes of symptoms, intimacy, and moods.  That’s it. No weird or impressive features.

Hows the user experience? I have to be honest here. The iOS version seems to work fine, but the Android one looks so boring and old fashioned. Based on its downloads numbers, It could actually have a nicer interface with some time and programming.

One thing I found quite annoying was the features (like weight and temperature charts) it doesn’t show on the free version. If you actually need these charts data, plus a few icons and preview skins package, you can get it for $1.99. What would I do? I would simply get another app. There are many wonderful free period trackers out there!
